We can get you pre-approved as fast as 1 to 2 days. However, for non-standard businesses, this may take a while. It would be best that you are able to provide us all the requirements during application for faster assessment. Going LIVE would depend on how fast your developers could integrate into our platform.
We offer a wide variety of payment methods from "Card Payment Service" such as VISA, MasterCard, and ChinaUnion Pay to "Alternative Payment Methods" like SOFORT, Online/Local Bank transfers, and Bitcoin. We will provide you the TEST API (Application Programming Interface) documentation to connect to the test system. After the test integration has been validated, we will provide you LIVE API documentation for live system integration.
Once the agreement has been signed and you have completed the integration into our gateway, you can immediately start processing.

Per PCI DSS v3.1 and v3.2, SSL and early TLS (TLS v1.0) are no longer considered strong encryption protocols, due to vulnerabilities in these protocols to which there are no fixes. While TLS v1.1 and above are currently PCI compliant, our requirement is to use TLS v1.2.

We process refunds on behalf of the merchant. If the merchant has a request to refund or cancel the transaction of their customers, they need to fill out the refund request form and submit it to us.
You can easily track your payments in real-time using the gateway’s Business Intelligence Platform (BIP). The reporting functionalities of the system will also help you to expand your data quality and analyze your payments.
